Manage editorial pipelines with six distinct statuses:
- Draft — Initial draft in progress; private to the workspace.
- In Review — Submitted by writers for editorial review.
- Approved — Signed off by an editor; ready for scheduling or immediate publishing.
- Scheduled — Queued for automatic publishing at a specified date and timezone.
- Published — Live on your public blog, delivery API, sitemap, and RSS feed.
- Archived — Soft-deleted from public view while retained in workspace records.
