Welcome to AI Blogr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Blogr platform, websites, and services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
AI Blogr is a multi-tenant, AI-powered blogging and content operations platform. It is owned and operated as a product of WebAnaya Solutions, based in Ambarnath, Thane, Maharashtra 421505, India.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of AI Services
Our platform allows you to generate content using LLMs (Large Language Models). Depending on your plan, you may bring your own API key or use our shared limits. You retain full ownership and copyright of any content generated through the platform, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AI Blogr to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer free and premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via our integration with Razorpay (for INR) or PayPal (for USD). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAnaya Solutions and AI Blogr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
